Now is the time to lift our nation
From the quick sands of racial injustice
To the solid rock of racial justice
Lift our nation

Now is the time to help each other
By giving to those in need
Despite differences based on their backgrounds
Help each other

Now is the time to stand up
For what we believe in and for
What we know of that is right
Stand up

Now is the time to eliminate
The intimidations of those around,
To judge someone only on what is inside
Eliminate

Now is the time to look past
The different colors of our skins
No matter if they are white, black, or rainbow
Look past

Now is the time to work together
For if you only work alone, you will never
Succeed and only sink into quick sands
Work together

Now is the time to create a bond
With rocks so solid it will never break
Building a world with peaceful friendships
Create a bond

Now is the time to make changes
For the better of your community
For the better of every one’s lives
Make changes

Now is the time to hope
That one day everyone will feel the same way
That all men are created equal
