2008-09 Schedule Pick-Up & Start of School Information

PROCEDURE FOR SCHEDULE PICK UP & PHOTO I.D.’S
PRIOR TO SCHEDULE PICK UP!!.......ALL FINES MUST BE PAID!!

  1. Pay overdue library and/or textbook fines at school bank. (K-08)
  2. Complete 2008-09 Emergency Contact Information Sheet
  3. Complete 2008-09 Free & Reduced Lunch Form
  4. Parents are encouraged to accompany their student during registration.
  5. Check in at the gym, double check name, I.D. #, Birth date, and villa assignment with the alpha list.
  6. TURN IN COMPLETED EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION SHEET
  7. TURN IN COMPLETED 2008-2009 FREE & REDUCED LUNCH FORM
  8. Get picture taken for photo I.D. yearbook (LARGE GYM)
  9. School dress code will be enforced.
  10. The picture you take will be the one that appears in the yearbook, so dress nicely.
  11. Pick up your actual PHOTO I.D. This may take 5-10 minutes
  12. After you receive your photo i.d., walk to your assigned Villa and pick up your schedule.
  13. MUST HAVE PHOTO I.D. to pick up your schedule

ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AUGUST 20-22

  • ASB PACKAGES: Purchase at ASB finance center
    • Package A: $25 -ASB Card (Provides discount admission for some school events)
    • Package B: $40 - ASB Card and Independence High Sweatshirt
  • PE Clothes – Required for all students taking Physical Education
    • Required: shorts - $10, t-shirt - $10.
    • Optional: sweatshirt - $25, sweatpants - $15.
  • Student parking permits can be picked up in C – 05. Parking permits are now required to park on campus. Students will need to provide valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
